To request deletion of a Posture Panther account and associated personal information, email info@posturepanther.com from the email address connected to the account.
Include in your request
- The account email address.
- The account role, such as parent, professional or administrator.
- Whether the request includes linked child profiles.
- A statement confirming that you are authorised to make the request.
Verification
For security and child protection, we may ask for reasonable information to verify identity, account ownership and guardian authority. Do not send passwords, authentication codes or government identification unless specifically requested through a secure process.
What may be deleted
Subject to verification and applicable law, deletion may include the account profile, linked child profiles, posture images, measurements, training records and related service data. Some limited records may be retained where required for legal, security, fraud-prevention or dispute-resolution purposes.
In-app deletion
The production iOS app is intended to provide an in-app account-deletion entry point. This web page remains available as an additional support channel.
