Scope
This policy explains refunds and returns for digital purchases from POSTURE PANTHER PTE. LTD. through posturepanther.com, including exercise video access, movement collections, virtual stars and other digital items. Purchases billed through Apple are addressed separately below.
Digital purchases and change of mind
Please review the product description, included content, price and stated device requirements before paying. A purchase covers the product described at checkout; it does not automatically include separately priced collections or future products.
Except where applicable law requires otherwise, we do not offer refunds, cancellations or exchanges for a change of mind once the purchased digital content, access or items have been provided. This includes deciding you no longer want the product, not using it, or deleting your account. Digital products cannot be physically returned. Virtual stars and digital items are not redeemable for cash; this does not exclude any refund required by law.
Payment and delivery problems
If you were charged twice in error, did not receive your purchase, cannot access it, or believe it is defective or materially different from its description, contact info@posturepanther.com. Include your parent-account email address, order reference, purchase date and a description of the problem. Do not send passwords or full payment-card details.
We will investigate and provide an appropriate remedy. This may include correcting a charge, restoring access, resolving a technical fault, or providing a refund where required by law or otherwise agreed. An erroneous duplicate charge will be refunded. This policy does not require you to accept troubleshooting instead of a remedy to which you are legally entitled.
Your statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits consumer rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded, including rights concerning unauthorised charges, non-delivery, defective or misdescribed content, and any applicable cancellation or withdrawal period.
Where the law allows a withdrawal right for digital content to end when supply begins, that right ends only if all legal requirements have been met, including any required express consent, acknowledgement and confirmation. Payment alone does not waive your statutory rights.
Purchases billed through Apple
For a purchase billed by the App Store, request a refund through Apple's refund service. Apple handles these requests under its process and applicable consumer law. We can still help with access or technical problems.
Apple Pay used on our website is a website purchase, so contact info@posturepanther.com for assistance with that order.
Approved refunds
Refunds will normally be returned to the original payment method. Your payment provider determines when the credit appears. Access or digital items associated with a refunded purchase may be removed, subject to applicable law. Unrelated purchases are not affected.
Physical products and policy changes
This policy does not govern physical merchandise. Any physical product offered for sale will have its applicable delivery and return terms disclosed before purchase.

付款或交付问题

我们将调查并提供适当的处理方式，可能包括更正扣款、恢复访问权限、解决技术故障，或在法律要求或双方另行同意时退款。错误重复收取的款项将予以退还。本政策不要求您接受技术排查来替代您依法享有的补救措施。
您的法定权利
本政策不限制法律规定不得排除的消费者权利或补救措施，包括与未经授权的扣款、未交付、存在缺陷或描述不符的内容有关的权利，以及任何适用的取消或撤回购买期限。
如法律允许数字内容的撤回购买权在开始提供内容后终止，该权利仅在所有法律要求均获满足时才会终止，包括任何必要的明确同意、知悉声明及确认。付款本身并不代表放弃法定权利。
由 Apple 收款的购买
如购买由 App Store 收款，请通过 Apple 退款服务 提交退款申请。Apple 根据其处理流程及适用的消费者法律处理申请。我们仍可协助解决访问或技术问题。

获准的退款
退款通常会退回原付款方式，实际到账时间由付款服务提供商决定。在适用法律允许的范围内，与已退款购买相关的访问权限或数字物品可能被移除，其他无关的购买不受影响。
实物商品与政策变更
本政策不适用于实物商品。任何上架销售的实物商品，其适用的配送及退货条款将在购买前说明。
